Position Title: TPM Associate
Reports to: Technical Supervisor
Shift: Nights (6pm to 6am-3on,2off,2on,3off rotating schedule)
Location: Winfield KS
The TPM Associate performs basic preventive maintenance functions and ensures machines and areas around machines are clean and free of oil, water, resin and any other debris to facilitate the safe operation of equipment and preventive maintenance of activities.
Properlyperform basic maintenance tasks such as oil replenishment, filter changes,and auxiliary equipment and machine lubrication.
Properlyperform clean up on all production machines in a safe efficient and timelymanner.
Properand timely performance of minor maintenance as well as preventativemaintenance activities.
Safelytransport containers as needed by operating a forklift.
Proficientin all safety and housekeeping requirements.
Performother duties as required.
Minimum of six months stableand verifiable work history required.
Demonstrated mechanical capabilityand experience in a technical related field preferred.
Must haveworking knowledge of hand and small power tools.
Must be a self-starter,self-motivated and able to work independently.
Must be a good listener, havingthe ability to receive instructions over two-way radios, and othercommunication devices.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must be ableto become certified on operating a forklift and complete PIT trainingsuccessfully.
