R1 RCM US-Patient Registration Rep in Wichita, Kansas
Shift Days Evenings and Weekends, Shift Hours 630PM700AM As our Customer Service Representative in the Emergency Department, youll work to help our patients check into the Emergency Room. Its fast paced sometimes chaotic and youll be the person they rely on to answer questions during registration. Youll build trust in these interactions by collecting information accurately and quickly but also by listening with compassion not just to hear information, but to address their fears, concerns and questions. To thrive in this job, youll need to be confident with technology and typing, however you dont need to have any previous experience or knowledge in healthcare. Since it is an emergency room department, you will need to be prepared to see serious illness and injuries.
