R1 RCM US-Patient Registration Rep in Wichita, Kansas

Shift Days & Hours will vary depending on coverage needs. Position is as needed with no set days or hours. Shifts are available for selection 4 weeks in advance requires a minimum of 48 hours a month including Holidays. As our Customer Service Representative in the Emergency Department, you’ll work to help our patients check into the Emergency Room. It’s fast paced sometimes chaotic and you’ll be the person they rely on to answer questions during registration. You’ll build trust in these interactions by collecting information accurately and quickly but also by listening with compassion not just to hear information, but to address their fears, concerns and questions.
