This position will help monitor corporate trust accounts and process payables from those accounts.Responsibilities and DutiesSet up of assigned Lifestyle Health Plans trust accounts at preferred financial institutionManagement of trust accounts for each Lifestyle Health Plan client trust account assignedResponsible for weekly claims runs for each trust account based on claims to be paid each weekRegular communication of any held claims checksDevelop weekly balance report for assigned trust accountsDeposits and funding transfers for trust accountsMaintain all Health Reimbursement Account funding and management for employer clientsProvide back up for all finance and accounting functionsProcess weekly check runProvide account information to other departments, as requestedAbide by HIPAA regulations and other privacy policies at all timesMaintain an exemplary attendance and tardiness record following established company guidelinesDemonstrate ability to work well with other departments and all Medova staff membersComplete other tasks, as assignedQualifications and SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent and additional course work in a business related field1 year professional office experiencePreferred Education and Experience: 1-2 years accounting or finance experience1-2 years banking experiencePosition Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full-timeMonday-Thursday 8am-5pm; Friday 8am-4pm (general)Work Environment: Professional office environmentStandard office equipment such as computer, phone, postage machine, and copier/scanner/faxTobacco freeJob Type: Full-timeExperience:banking or financial: 2 years (Preferred)Education:High school (Required)
