WhatYouWillDo inThisRole:

  • Research, plan, organize, and conduct comprehensive training programs,seminars, and conferences to enhance the skills of Foleys workforce.
  • Develop and distribute instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids tooptimizethe learning experience.
  • Coordinateand completethe physical setup for training sessionsincluding reserving training location(s) and reservation(s).
  • Engage with management, supervisors, and employees to understand training requirements aligned with work situations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver specialized training programs based on their requests.
  • Ensuretimelycompletion of all required documentation and follow-up activities.
  • Keep training coursesup-to-datewith the latest technical developments.
  • Schedule, test, and certify technicians on relevant equipment, ensuringa high levelof competency.
  • Travel isrequiredfor training and/or toassistat other locations.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Previousexperience as a professional technical trainer or educator.
  • Ability to interpret and apply technical documents, safety rules, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions.
  • Positive and upbeat attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities to deliver structured and effective training programs.
  • Proven presentation and facilitation skills to engage and educate participants.
  • High school diploma isrequired.

WhatWillPutYouAhead:

  • Associatedegreeor equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • 4+ years as a professional technical trainer or educator specializing in diesel troubleshooting, repairs, and education.
  • Experience and knowledge in Cummins and CAT On-Highway Engines as well as other truck topics
