It's something we've learned firsthand over the decades; focus on people, and the rest will fall into place to create an environment built on respect, understanding and most of all trust.Job Summary: Serves as the Quality Assurance Group IRA coordinator preparing new IRA documents, posting all IRA receipts, coordinating/reviewing all IRA reporting activities and generating downloads for periodic payment mailings to IRA holders of the Wealth Management division. Prepares various risk management reports for WOC and Compliance. Acts as the administrator for TransUnion and the Will Successor Trustee Database. Promotes and fosters teamwork across all areas of INTRUST and is focused on delivering a high level of customer service to all. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality, and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST's Character Qualities.Essential Functions: Prepare IRA documentation; IRA withdrawal forms, beneficiary designation form, RMD form, etc.Processes all IRA receipts and distribution and ensure the correct reporting class code is selected.Reviews all IRA receipts and withdrawals for accuracy on a monthly basis.Handles annual IRA reporting; Form 1099-R, Form 5498, RDMS purges, and RMD forms.Prepare various risk management reports for Wealth Operating Committee and Financial Resources.Handles all activity for savings bonds and certificates of deposit.Handles all payments and new setups for Promissory Notes.Handles all activity for Class Actions, working with Chicago Clearing Company.Processes miscellaneous receipts and debitsMonitor and Reconcile Pledged Cash BalancesServes as backup for multiple tasks throughout QAG Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred and/or five plus years trust operations experience required.Required Skills and Knowledge: Requires senior level of trust operation system expertise. Must have excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills . Must be detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Requires good judgment and excellent problem solving skills. Must be able to make independent decisions and exercise good judgment to research and solve operational problems.
