Henry Industries, Inc., is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual in its Accounting Department for the position of Staff Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.\ \ Henry Industries, Inc.(HII)is the industry front-runner that sets the standard in 3rd party logistics, warehousing, and distribution. - Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and support month-end close processes.\ \
*Qualifications\ \ *
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2 years of experience as an accountant.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.\ \
