Full description Our company is looking for an Shift Manager with a background in management, a demonstrated ability to build rapport and strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant environment and will take pride in maintaining a positive customer experience, efficiency, cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities Manage a team and give them guidance and motivation. Help the management team with daily execution. Deal with customers and solve issues that arise. Manage human resources functions such as recruitment, training and development. Help ensure that the team is able to meet its budget and financial objectives. Ensure that the team is following company standards and procedures. Manage communication between the management team and leadership. Manage a portfolio of projects. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \$12.00 to \$13.00 per hour Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Night shift Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Wichita, KS 67226: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred)
