Spirit is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Manager who will collaborate with executive/senior business leaders within a function or business unit to bring leadership and critical perspective to the following: human resources process execution, organizational design, leadership development, strategic workforce planning and talent management, team and organization effectiveness and change management. In this role, you will translate business strategies and challenges into human capital strategies and human resources needs and effectively champion change to advance organizational goals and key strategic initiatives.
Build strategic partnerships with leadership on business issues and identify HR solutions that are based on business unit objectives to help drive strategy execution.
Collaborate on the development of metrics and analytics to assess overall human and organization health of the business to influence decisions and deliver meaningful insights.
Identify talent gaps and anticipate impact of changes on the workforce and business.
Continuously identify opportunities to drive value in the business and pursue the resources needed for support.
Guide, coach, and influence business leaders on talent decisions to drive strategy execution and business performance.
Serve as an expert advisor on the leadership team to lead a talent strategy and ensure business objectives are achieved.
Provide expert consultative guidance for strategic initiatives and objectives. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

BS in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
Minimum of 10 years related HR Management experience with an hourly and salaried employee population.
Ability to strategize and proactively design, deliver and drive HR best practices in support of the company’s business strategy.
Ability to foster positive and constructive relationships with union leaders and members, management, and key HR professionals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations to all levels within the organization.
Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Have current clearance or be able to obtain DoD security clearance.
Aerospace / Defense industry experienced
Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
