Job Summary: Responsible for oversight, execution and development of Retirement Administration processes. May also manage conversions, deconversions, review participant statements, plan reports, plan setup, distributions, allocations, participant loan defaults, hardships, required minimum distribution processes, other department processes and special jobs requested by Senior Manager. Promotes and fosters teamwork across all areas of INTRUST and is focused on delivering a high level of customer service to all. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality, and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.

Essential Functions:

• Stay current with applicable ERISA and IRS rules and regulations.

• Monitor, review or execute a wide variety of department level processes to insure accuracy and timeliness.

• Oversee daily processes and handle exceptions or errors, elevate issues when appropriate.

• Review department share and cash reconciliations.

• Assist department in developing and executing processes.

• Provide requested specialized service to recordkeeping clients and team leaders.

• Available to make client calls with Retirement Advisors.

• Review plan reports, operation and plan set up.

• Monitor department distributions, contributions and loan exception processing.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 7+ years’ experience in participant recordkeeping required.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast changing environment are necessary. A helpful demeanor when providing guidance and/or education to staff and customers. Excellent technology and client communication skills are a must.

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Qualified 401K Administrator (QKA) certification required.

Physical Demands: Long periods of time will be spent viewing personal computer, sitting, standing and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

Working Conditions: Normal office environment.
