Promotes and fosters teamwork across all areas of INTRUST and is focused on delivering a high level of customer service to all. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality, and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST's Character Qualities.Essential Functions: Interprets and understands the SBA's standard operating procedure (SOP) and keeps up to date on changes to it.Reviews all SBA loan memos and modifies them as needed to match required analysis for SBA.Oversees file reviews of SBA loan requests to ensure credit quality is acceptable for the entire SBA loan portfolio.Meets with customers and/or lenders to communicate SBA loan underwriting policies.Works with manager on any SBA loan servicing.Performs financial analysis that is in accordance with SBA SOP and bank policy.Assists manager with any liquidation requests that develop within the SBA loan portfolio.Review loan applications completed by Credit Department for SBA SOP compliance. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business with emphasis in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of two years of conventional bank and government loan file audit/compliance/credit experience required, including experience with appropriate FDIC and other governmental regulation compliance issues.Required Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft office software applications is required.
