Job Description: We at the radio stations at 609 E. Kansas Ave are looking for someone motivated, upbeat and fun for our sales team! Through this exciting career opportunity you can learn how a radio station works from the inside out, starting with the sales around Southwest Kansas!
As the voice of agriculture, politics and so much more we span all across the board which makes our stations highly sought after from sponsors, businesses and more. With YOUR help we can grow the stations and our reach while also helping make YOU more money.
What you will be doing:
- Securing sponsors for large events (Beef Empire Days, Golf tournaments, etc)
- Helping build relationships with marketing representatives across SW Kansas
- Writing, copying and recording advertisements across all stations
- Appearing for live functions to represent the stations
