ManpowerGroup QUALITY ENGINEER in Wichita, Kansas
Our client, a leader in the smart building industry, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: QUALITY ENGINEER | 3months contract (Potential to extend)
Location: Wichita, Kansas
What's the Job?
Draft, edit, revise and update all vital documents associated with the Quality System.
Ensure that processes needed for the Quality System are established, implemented, and maintained.
Monitor production quality performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Communicate new product inspection outcomes & risks/mitigations effectively during the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
Apply statistical methodology including capability studies and statistical process control.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of Quality Engineering work experience.
Proficient with structured methodologies including Good Engineering Practices and Quality by Design.
Strong team and interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead and influence others.
Ability to communicate and resolve issues with project teams and suppliers.
