• Customer Service- Engages customers according to Emprise Benchmark Service Standards; delivers service that improves customer commitment; responds to customer requests and escalates issues as needed; participates, supports and develops effective relationships with branch customers, partners and teammates; projects a favorable image of the bank.
• Transactions- Processes customer transactions and handles money accurately; balances cash drawer daily; mitigates customer and bank risk by ensuring compliance with internal controls, banking regulations, operational procedures, security procedures and audit policies.
• Product Promotion- Demonstrates knowledge of the Bank’s products and services; seeks sales opportunities through customer relationships and conversations; recommends bank products to customers; pursues ongoing education of Emprise products, services and other lines of business.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the position.
Accuracy-Monitors accuracy of own transactions and records transactions accurately. Maintains accurate records and recognizes and corrects errors.
Cooperation- Establishes and maintains effective relations. Exhibits tact and consideration. Displays positive outlook and pleasant manner. Offers assistance and support to co-workers. Works cooperatively in-group situations. Works actively to resolve conflicts.
Dependability-Responds to requests for service and assistance. Follows instructions, responds to management direction. Takes responsibility for own actions. Commits to doing the best job possible. Keeps commitments. Meets attendance and punctuality guidelines.
Hours: (20-29 hours per week)
Monday - Friday: 2:00 PM - 6:15 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM - 12:15 PM (EVERY)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Previous customer service experience
Proficiency with large server based applications and typical desktop software
Screening Requirements: Credit Check, Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check
