Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
This position will provide high-quality one-on-one care to enable our clients to stay in their homes as long as possible. You will perform wellness, supervisory, and admission visits in the homes of clients on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities
Provide Supervisory, Wellness, and Admission visits in client homes
Monitor and assess client needs to provide the best possible care and advice
Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for clients and their families
Position Qualifications

A clear background check is required.
The candidate must pass a drug screening.
Must have reliable transportation.
