JOB TITLE: Patient Experience Representative

EMPLOYER: Limitless Male Medical

REPORTS TO: Director of Business Development and Clinic Supervisor

EFFECTIVE DATE: Immediately

SUMMARY: Our company is looking for a Patient Experience Representative to help us grow our clinic in Wichita, KS! This person must be outgoing and personable with patients, have previous sales experience , work well under pressure, and be knowledgeable in patient education and sales role. This person must also be able to multitask and be detail oriented. This role serves as the liaison between the professional medical staff and patient. Insurance and billing experience are preferred, but not required. Full product and service training is provided.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and build lasting relationships with them.

  • Ability to discuss and explain all services and products offered in clinic.

  • Willingness to learn all functions of insurance and billing.

  • Meet face to face with new and existing patients to discuss the process of the treatment plan and the financials involved.

  • Ensure that all patients are following the treatment program set in place and follow up with any patient experience questions.

  • Prioritizing calls to patients who miss a treatment payment.

  • Help order patient medications using clinic protocols.

  • Must be hands on and willing to jump in and help as a part of the clinic team.

  • Follow up on tasks in a timely manner and must be organized and efficient with time management.

  • Ability to work with computer programs such as an EMR, Zoho, and Quest.

  • Work with the Marketing team to develop and facilitate new ways to increase patient flow and retention.

  • Responsible for ensuring the maintenance, security, and confidentiality of all patient information, records, and data.

  • Will manage numerous direct reports from each location and communicate regularly.

  • Must be a professional leader who drives a positive culture and a patient first mentality in all clinics as well as champions the Limitless brand.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Exceptional people skills and communication skills

  • Previous sales and customer service experience.

  • Detail oriented

  • Works well in a fast paced always changing environment

  • Able to multi-task between all clinics
