Perform assessments ensuring compliance to policies, processes and procedures associated with program/contract, company, customer/ government, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements.
Conduct research and use benchmarking to industry standards.
Conduct Compliance assessments, provide customer interface, and ensure preventive and corrective action.
Review Compliance of products, processes, equipment.
Develop or utilize statistical process improvement methods.
Provide technical expertise to company employees, customers, and regulatory agencies.
Ensures compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements.
Provide education and coaching of specific company policies and procedures associated with Compliance to all Operations personnel. Example: FOD (Foreign Object Debris) and MCA (Manufacturing Compliance Assessment - including 14 elements of Compliance).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience related to compliance.
Experience with AS9100requirements
Strong computer skills i.e., word, excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with program management
Experience in modifying business writings.
This position requires the willingness and ability to work any shift which includes first, second, third or alternative work week.
