Role and Responsibilities
Desktop Support
100% onsite position.
Hardware break/fix repair on desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile device(iOS)
Software installations, repairs, reconfigurations, troubleshooting
Microsoft Windows 10, SCCM, AD, Bitlocker
Microsoft Office 365 suite
McAfee troubleshooting
Peripheral installations
Qualifications and Education Requirements
2 year on site support in a professional environment.
High School Diploma.
Strong communication skills.
Detail Oriented.
US Citizenship required.
Preferred Skills
Windows 10 – SCCM builds
Bachelors or 3-5 years information technology support
Lenovo hardware repair certification a plus, not required
HP printer repair
Lenovo support
CompTIA A+.
