Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
Managers of numerical control (NC) programmers engage in planning, creating, verifying, and revising machine control data and documentation.
Data and documentation directs the operations for numerically controlled machines and robots required to manufacture and inspect parts, tools, and assemblies.
Successful candidate will be comfortable in all facets of NC programming leadership – providing technical advice and guidance to programmers, working with machine operators to resolve machining issues, and presenting ideas and strategies to Executive leadership.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and team-based environment
Ability to prioritize requests from multiple sources and support requirements
Self-motivated; taking ownership of projects and issues, including follow through to closure and resolution
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in an NC Programming capacity
3+ years of experience in an NC Programming leadership role
Aerospace Industry experience
Manufacturing experience
SAP Operating System experience
