Job Title: MEP Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • This position is responsible for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction needs on large scope water/waste-water treatment facilities.

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of all MEP sub-contractors.

  • Coordinate all MEP schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation.

  • Review and approve all MEP change orders.

  • Develop and monitor equipment and material delivery logs.

  • Develop work lists and complete MEP punch list.

  • Other miscellaneous duties as directed by the VP of the Commercial Building Division.

    Required Qualifications:

  • 5-10yrs of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems.

  • Experience with water/waste-water treatment facilities is highly preferred.

  • Proven experience in managing skilled trades and sub-contractors.

  • Ability to create and work with contracts, RFI’s, change orders, and plans/specifications.

  • Must have strong working knowledge of MEP means and methods along with general best practices.

  • Ability to work flexible hours.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in construction management, construction science, engineering, or related field is preferred, but not required.

  • Professional certifications or education in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing fields is a plus.
