We Are Hiring
Medical Staff Services Director
Ascension Via Christi, St Francis Hospital
Full-time, 40hrs/week, 8:00am - 5:00pm
What You Will Do
Direct resource utilization management program and credentialing/quality improvement programs for medical staff.
Direct and administer the credentialing, peer review and quality improvement programs for the medical staff.
Develop and administer resource utilization management program functions and direct the evaluation of existing clinical efficiency programs, cost containment programs and clinical pathways.
Direct the care management programs.
Coordinate initiatives across facilities to ensure standardization and sharing of best practices.
Identify and coordinate resolution of problems to improve physician utilization and patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with physician leaders to improve the quality of care for patients.
What You Will Need
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
5 years of experience required.
10 years of experience preferred.
2 years of leadership or management experience required.
5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
