Mechanical Parts Inventory Clerk 2nd Shift
SALARY: The salary is adjusted based on qualifications and education.
The incumbent is responsible for the daily receiving, disbursement and volume control of all parts and equipment necessary to maintain warehouse inventory. Must also maintain records of all transactions performed within department. Performs a majority of all data entry tasks necessary to keep the computer inventory updated utilizing Oracle, Infor EAM, Excel, Word and Lotus Notes. Also conducts physical counts to maintain inventory accuracy, prepare supplies for outbound shipments and establish new items in the Inform EAM. Communicates with vendors via phone to obtain pricing, arrange deliveries, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to follow verbal and written requirements.
Job requires ability to lift 50lbs and moving of heavy boxes.
Must have basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Internet, typing).
Preferred experience with Oracle, CMMS (computerized material management systems), Lotus Notes and data entry (10 key).
