Overview
Package and prepare product and paperwork per packaging standards and customer specifications.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Ensure inventory accuracy for products closing to stock or shipments leaving the facility
- Review documentation to ensure the correct quantity is packaged
- Review and print documentation based off of customer and quality requirements.
- Verify part mark and clear coat part mark per customer specifications
- Apply minor touch up per customer specifications and as directed by quality
- Prioritize daily production orders and assist with product flow based on customer delivery dates, dock times and pickups
- Complete understanding of packaging standards and packaging technique cards
- Validate product part marking corresponds with production order
- Accurately label all product
- Communicate with other departments regarding special shipping needs, quantity discrepancies or available on-hand inventory to complete customer orders
- Stocking packaging materials in work station
- Ability to recognize damaged material and relay information to the Quality department
- Ability to navigate a fast paced environment with extreme accuracy and attention to detail
