+ Coordinators will be involved with daily production, direct delivery vendors, coordinate work orders on the shop floor.

+ Meet physical requirements of the position.

+ Coordinate inventory reduction activities.

+ Strong organizational, interpersonal, planning and problem solving skills.

+ Experience using computers and Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Power Point and Outlook highly preferred.

+ Demonstrate role model safety behaviors.

+ Act as a liaison between PCC and shop as CMS trainers for shop personnel.


Support 1st and 3rd shift assembly, paint and weld with material related issues,

Coordinate between manufacturing and 1st and 3rd part logistics to resolve material issues.

Manage the physical and system activity related to engineering changes (ECO)

Escalate issues/concerns that impact manufacturing to appropriate levels
