Manufacturing Process Technician
- Develop manufacturing processes to improve efficiencies, quality, while focusing on reducing cost.
- Evaluate production reports and troubleshoot issues with the current manufacturing processes.
- Support the fabrication of gages, assembly fixtures, and jigs to meet requirements using tool prints and sketches.
- Follow quality and safety procedures.
- Provide technical assistance to production team to optimize processes.
- Design and document components for production machinery using Autodesk Inventor.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite(MSWord, Excel, & PowerPoint).
Ability to troubleshoot.
Technical experience working with manufacturing processes.
Strong problem solving skills to assess manufacturing processes and identify areas of improvement.
Additional eligibility qualifications
Experience with the setup and use of CNC and manual machines.
Strong understanding of machine shop practices.
Ability to read CNC G and M codes.
Experience with PLC programmi
