[Job Summary:]{lang="EN"}Coordinate the activities of shift coordinators, industrial electricians, laborers, maintenance welders, millwrights, industrial maintenance and plumbers.
[Job Duties:]{lang="EN"}
- Directs maintenance employees to repair calls.
- Reviews projects being worked on and keep assigned employees on project
- Reviews PMs assigned to employees and insure they are completed correctly
- Take calls, work on assigned projects and directs others
- Ensures continuity across shifts by tying in with them
- Other duties as assigned
[Job Requirements:]{lang="EN"}
- Plans for interruptions in work and develops backup plans.
- May require a bachelor\'s degree in area of specialty and at least 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the field\'s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Must be able to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
