Responsibilities and Expectations
Productivity:
- Responsible for file management; document scanning, file building, and vault filing
- Intake and process loan related mail
- Build/clear loan exceptions in loan tickler system
- Assist collateral reviews and audits
- Follow record retention requirements including periodic vault review for closed loans
- Working to continually develop and improve internal procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
Compliance/Regulation: Responsible for following all aspects of Bank Policys including but not limited to, Equity Bank Business Ethic and Conduct policy, Record Retention Requirements, and Bank Secrecy Act, and completing all required Compliance Course work.

- Minimum of two years experience in banking or finance related industry preferred
