Walser’s IT Help Desk works within our centralized IT Department and supports all 26 dealerships, as well as our Collision and Glass centers and affiliate businesses. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be an immediate asset in assisting any Walser employer reaching out with a technology-related question or concern. Everything from password resets to diagnosing a software issue: that’s your priority! What You’ll Do * InformationTechnologyServices * Provide support via walk-ups, ticket system, and phone * Create, Monitor, and Work ALL Tier issues, as assigned * Diagnose hardware and software issues * Advise user on appropriate actions, as needed * Follow policy and procedure to resolve issues * Route issuesandProvideSupporttootherIT Servicesteammembers, as needed * Stay current with system and application information, changes and updates * SiteManagement * EndpointDeployment, Management, and Maintenance * Inspection and Maintenance of Site infrastructure and tools * Sitecontact for infrastructure projects and deployment * TrainSite personnel on policy and procedure * Create knowledge base documentation for new policies and procedures, while maintaining existing knowledge base items * On-Call Rotation * All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned What You'll Get in Return * Full Benefits Package* Medical * Dental * Vision * 401k with Company Match * Paid Parental Leave * Progressive PTO Package * The opportunity to volunteer through the Walser Foundation What You’ll Bring * 4 years of experience indesktopsupport environment * Remote / Field work experience * Certifications recommended (Microsoft / Cisco) * 2 or 4-year Degree in a computer related disciplinerecommended * Windows 7 / 10 experience required * Active Directory and Exchange mailbox management required * Windows Server knowledge required * Must be able to manage changing priorities and the ability to handle several simple tasks simultaneously * Must be organized and possess technical written and verbal communication skills * Must have exceptional customer service skills, personality, a service mindset, and strong problem-solving skills. * Workswell with minimal direction, takesproactive measures as required * Able to interact and work with others as part of a team and understand how his/her work supports the team’s goals * Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record We proudly operate on a set of Core Values which drive our decisions and actions on a daily basis.
