What does a great IT Business Consultant, Senior do?
You will work with our DNA Managed Services team to manage the day to day operational components of our clients. As a Senior IT Business Consultant, you will served as a subject matter expert and be able to provide consulting services to our clients. You may also be asked to work on other operational duties as assigned, which include system setup and upgrades, and other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Responsibilities :
You will be responsible for the installation of servers and databases required to support the DNA Core banking system
Deploy workstations and peripheral devices that include, but are not limited to, receipt printers, cash and coin dispensers and recyclers, document imaging solutions with signature pads, and driver’s license scanners.
You will be responsible for the setup of client’s laser check printing.
You will implement client training and testing environments in support of client functional testing and training initiatives.
You will provide onsite and remote technical support for various stages in the conversion process.
You will resolves issues as they arise and maintains reported issues within Compass.
Work closely with client and Project Manager to schedule technical assistance and on-site visits.
You will work to develop strong client relationship.
Responsible for obtaining knowledge of new Fiserv products to be installed and creating and maintaining necessary documentation for the installation of these products.
You will provide technical support to Implementations Consultants and other Implementations team members.
Support and management of internal Implementations servers, databases and testing environments.
You will provide onsite and/or remote technical support with DNA upgrades/setup
You will constantly monitor and seek to improve efficiencies for our clients and internal teams.
You will diagnose and recommend solutions to issues.
You will assist clients in testing any applicable custom code.
Act as project manager on assigned projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in running, configuring and solving issues related with Open Solutions DNA software
Minimum 5 years’ experience in deploying technical software/hardware
Working knowledge of Windows 2008, 2012 Server and Windows 7/10 Workstation
PL/SQL or SQL experience
Proven experience helping clients solve business problems.
The ability to provide clear and prompt communication flow concerning client issues between client, staff and management.
Superior interpersonal skills, strong listening, written and oral communication skills with a customer-support focused attitude.
Minimum 3 year Oracle experience.
Experience with Citrix or thin-client deployment preferred.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Advanced Networking Skills
Excellent communications skills and the ability to translate highly technical explanations to a non-technical audience
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Excellent written/communication skills
Knowledge installing Scanners, Peripheral Devices and Cash Dispenser/Recycler machines
