Job Description - Inventory Coordinator


The inventory coordinator position manages inventory for all departments and maintains levels required daily to meet distribution demands. This position will report directly to the Safety Director who will answer questions regarding hours, reports, and duties.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

+ Enters data for parts issued and transferred between buildings

+ Conducts inventory counts and adjustments

+ Processes warranty requests, repairs, and orders for all power tools

+ Quarterly tool inventory for all crews

+ Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify appropriate personnel when material has expired

+ Liaison between sales representatives, vendors, and material suppliers

+ Shipping, Receiving, and other warehouse duties

+ Processes inventory requests and re-inventory

+ Or anizes all materials, chemicals, and tools for inventory purposes

+ Manage the organization and cleanliness of warehouse, parking areas, and all the yard property rented or owned by Mahaney roofing company

+ Communicate daily with roofing foreman by 3:30 pm each day to prepare needs for the following work day

+ Equipment Management
