Responsibilities and Expectations

  1. Provide support for tier 1 technical issues and initiatives related to integrated applications and systems, via ticketing system and phone queue.
  2. Coordinate issue and support resolutions with users, vendors, and/or internal service groups.
  3. Become subject matter expert for, and provide administration, management, and support of information systems applications, including continual education and practical learning.
  4. Support integrity of information systems via backups, verifications, BCP and DR testing; use diagnostic tools to measure, maintain, and troubleshoot applications, data systems, and services; insure optimal uptime of in-house information systems.
  5. Update and write documentation and procedures and provide related training
  6. Administration and management of department intranet pages and documents
  7. Troubleshoot tier 1 issues and coordinate resolution with users and internal service groups
  8. Monitoring and resolution of issues sent via department help desk and CRM; reassignment of tier 1 issues to additional Information Systems staff for resolution.
  9. Application-level user provisioning for new hires, personnel changes, and terminations.
  10. Manage and complete daily tasks including monitoring and logging.
  11. Following established departmental procedures and checklists, as well as bank policies.
  12. Utilization of system analytics and automation within the department
  13. Completion of development project support work as assigned, including merger data conversion support
  14. Assess change requests for risk to production systems, and assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported systems and areas
  15. Follow established Information Systems policies and procedures
  16. Follow established internal control policies
  17. Follow established compliance policies, responsibilities including but not limited to Equity Bank Business Ethic and Conduct policy, Bank Secrecy Act, Information Security, and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements
  18. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or department head
