EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum age 18 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in a licensed child care facility
- Maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Signs and Symptoms etc. certification or acquire within 30 days of hire
- Have record of negative TB Screen and Physical within the last 6 months
- Meet all Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) Regulations
- 12 hours of observations (5 of 2 hours each) in a licensed facility with children of the same age as enrolled in the facility that the teacher will be working in.
- Must attend New Employee Orientation within 30 days of hire
