What does a great Implementation Analyst do?
As an Implementation Analyst in our Data Analytics group, you will be responsible for implementation and support for the Business Intelligence banking suite of products. You will work with clients to answer questions regarding the function and usage of products. You will build and share a detailed knowledge of the BI suite of products.

In this role, you can look forward to:
Performing remote and/or on-site software implementations and providing follow-up product support to Fiserv’s clients via telephone, email, and web-based contact channels.
Delivering professional and timely client communications regarding project updates, ongoing support items, and product implementation services.
Tracking, organizing and detailing all product implementation and support related activities.
Assisting with crafting and maintaining User documentation (hardware / software requirements, end-user technical information, internal procedures, etc.) as needed.
Developing and maintaining a full grasp of Fiserv products and services and stay abreast of relevant industry trends and standard methodologies
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
High School Diploma or equivalent education. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field preferred.
Equivalent work experience may be substituted
2+ years in customer facing projects, client support role, or IT service industry
Experience with Microsoft Windows Workstation and Server operating systems, physical and virtual environments
Basic understanding of data communications and LAN/WAN
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Previous experience within the Financial Service/Banking industry preferred.
Experience with Microsoft SQL/DB2/Data Warehouse tools
Possess strong analytical problem-solving ability
Strong verbal and written communication skills (internal and client facing)
Excellent follow-up skills, attention to detail
Possess a detailed understand of the Fiserv BI suite of products preferred
Travel required : Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%, as needed
