Perform end of line checks and/or testing on finished goods to ensure functionality and completeness to specification. Perform required rework and repair activities to remedy quality issues or defects to nonconformance


As an Heavy repair/Plus One, you will assemble purchased and fabricated parts, weldments, and sub-assemblies to produce a wide variety of attachments and non-hydrostatic operated basic units to prescribed specification. You will also be making mechanical adjustments and performing minor rework to the product.

+ + Responsible for carrying out instructions and assignments given the employee by his supervisor in an efficient manner

+ Ability to work from blueprints, process sheets, check sheets, photo books, and supervisor instructions; and assists with standardizing the process.

+ Position, install, attach, apply parts per general procedures and to specified quality requirements

+ Make adjustments as required to detail parts and components to permit proper assembly

+ Adheres to company safety policies and practices along with submitting unsafe acts/conditions and driving improvement. demonstrates 5S principles.

+ Submit suggestions and participate with quick kaizens.

+ Responsible for housekeeping, 5S, and workplace organization for the area.

+ Dismantle parts and sub assemblies from the unit to make necessary repairs, re-assemble and attach to the unit.

4. Have the ability to work successfully with computers and software.

5. Should not have active disciplines

6. Must be able to operate or be trained to operate forklifts and skid steers.

7. Have the ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.

8. Have a record of dependability

9. Must be flexible to scheduled hours.

10. Able to perform basic troubleshooting using blueprints, schematics, checklist.

11. Basic computer skill (Excel as a plus).

12. Attention to detail and able to work autonomously

13. Must be 18
