Position: General Cleaner\ We are currently seeking a cleaner to take care of the daily need for facilities and homes as well as carry out\ cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our clients properties in a clean and orderly condition.\ Responsibilities\ Communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner\ Have an eye for detail. Leaving offices & homes looking great!\ Report to office or project manager any changes to cleaning schedule or tasks\ Report to office or project manager any damages to property\ Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies\ Communicate any issues or needs for additional cleaning.\ Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities\ Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs\ Cooperate with the rest of the staff\ Cleaning, stocking and maintaining assigned areas, (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping,\ cleaning vents, restrooms, sanitizing surfaces & emptying trash and recycling bins and etc.\ Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces\ Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects\ Performing other duties as assigned\ Travel to accomplish tasks (required)
