Job Purpose and Impact

The Foxtrot Superuser Sr Admin will perform a variety of complex support tasks related to testing and training cattle settlements in a new system. In this role, you will conduct complex payment processes using standard procedures and provide assistance to internal and external partners.

Key Accountabilities

  • Learning new SAP processes, testing and training the system to others.

  • Validate the accuracy of invoices and different accounting documents, including complex financial business transactions.

  • Handle complex customer service inquiries from internal clients, suppliers and customers.

  • Prepare and review complex reports and materials using standard procedures.

  • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with accounts payable module applications.

  • Ability to train others.

  • Ability to communicate and deal with change effectively.

  • Adaptable to new technologies and systems.
