Distinguishing Features of Work
This is seasonal work maintaining and repairing buildings, grounds and/or equipment. Employees may perform a variety of these tasks, or focus on only one kind of task. Work is supervised and inspected as needed for each situation.
THIS IS A LIMITED FULL-TIME POSITION (NO BENEFITS)
The day and hours for this position: Monday-Friday,

Examples of Work Performed
Specific duties depend on specific work location and activities.
Performs basic maintenance and repair tasks.
Maintains golf carts, including battery replacement, oil changes, tire repair and other minor repairs.
Performs basic carpentry, painting, sheetrock and/or plumbing work.
Performs routine custodial and/or grounds maintenance tasks.
Performs basic irrigation work, including: changing heads, fixing leaks, and setting irrigation clocks.
Participates in snow removal operations.
Assists with response to emergency situations.
Completion of work assignments may require the operation of a vehicle.
