JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Co-Op role will primarily be focused on assisting with human resources support, employee data, procedures and services for a wide variety of human resources activities. Opportunity to support i nternal customers to provide guidance with business strategies, processes, communications, and policies.
(Areas of support may include but is not limited to these various departments - Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Labor/Employee Relations, Talent Development, Employee Service Center, Human Resources Business Partner, and other).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and maintain standard and customized processes for human resources to support HR management, business partners and other internal customers
- Partner with functional leadership to drive talent management/development programs and philosophies consistent with the organization’s strategy, goals, and values.
· Participate in implementation of human resources technology enhancements.
- Support internal talent acquisition including the sourcing of talent, building talent pipelines, and identifying talent gaps/needs. Partner with recruiter and hiring manager to set recruitment strategy and oversee recruitment processes.
· Other projects and assignments to support and gain exposure to different human resources fields.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
Pursuing bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field
QUALIFICATIONS :
Excellent professional communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality with HR sensitive material
Customer service focus
