Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
As the Facility Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of our facility with a strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will oversee the maintenance and repair of the building, grounds, equipment, and systems, such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general contractor projects. This role requires the ability to identify issues quickly, analyze situations, and implement solutions to address maintenance problems and operational challenges.
Responsibilities
Perform regular supplemental cleaning and sanitization of all areas of the facility.
Perform general facility maintenance and repair.
Respond to all interior facility cleaning needs and requests that arise throughout the workday.
Coach, develop, motivate, and mentor direct reports.
Coordinate with outside contractors to ensure equipment and systems are properly maintained.
Perform outside cleaning and maintenance duties such as trimming trees, maintaining lawn sprinkler system, removing debris, de-icing walkways, or removing snow using shovels and brooms.
Perform special deep cleaning projects throughout the year.
Monitor, track, and respond to building support email system utilizing MS Outlook and MS SharePoint.
Perform physical movements such as climbing, stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and frequently lifting up to 50 lbs.
Essential Skills
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 8 years of experience in building maintenance and repair.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
Experience working with contractors and skilled tradesmen.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail.
Organized, focused, and results-oriented.
Problem-solving skills with critical thinking and prioritizing abilities.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a general contractor is a plus but not required.

This is a Permanent position based out of Wichita, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
