Omni Aerospace is seeking an experienced Aerospace Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be reporting directly to our Front Office Manager. This is a great opportunity if you want to be a part of a growing organization with a small company feel. This is an in-office position, you must live within a commutable distance from Wichita. We are looking to hire someone quickly, so this opportunity wont be around long!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with Scheduler to provide customer support
- Provides customers with daily status and updates on delays and/or issues
- Answers customer questions
- Processes RMA requests
- Conducts revenue and research projects
