The job function of this position is to help build a best place to work environment, help encourage advocates to participate in the community, drive the member advocacy model, promote and create events for B&M and WAH advocates.PURPOSE OF POSITION Manage internal employee engagement processes and recognition programs as well coordinator our charitable efforts to elevate pride, loyalty and satisfaction of our people.PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTSCreate and rollout employee engagement programs and initiativesDevelop and implement Great Place to Work action plansOwn the execution and success of domestic and global campaignsManagement of employee recognition programs and annual awardsPromote site events through written articles and social mediaConduct audits to ensure charitable efforts align with processesManage budgets for monthly, quarterly and annual activitiesExcellent oral and written communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and possess a strong set of creative thinking skillsAble to facilitate group and team efforts on a wide variety of initiativesAssist with other duties as required and requested by supervisor or other management staffThrive as a team player in a fast paced, high energy, change orientated environmentAbility to multi task is criticalMust present a professional appearance and manner at all timesMinimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1 year previous admin experience in high paced customer focused environmentExcellent organizational and communication skills Ability to type 40 wpm, and strong computer skills using MS Word and ExcelAbility to prioritize and complete multi-task assignmentsStrong attention to detailMicrosoft Office (Word, OneNote, Power Point, Excel) Knowledge of Social Media Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.Must have an EXCELLENT attendance recordMust be flexible with availability and schedule to meet business needsSolid organizational, administrative, leadership and time management skillsAble to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to obtain desired resultsSkilled in determining why and how tasks should be attempted and their effective completionProven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem solving skills
