Under minimal supervision of the General Manager, direct and oversee Guest Experience Team, Sponsorship Sales, and manage Premium seating clientele.




Responsibilities:


+ Direct activities for suite, club seat and premium seat holders, which include sales, ticket notification, ticket distribution and event planning. Responsible for maintaining a superior level of customer service and an effective relationship with all clients.


+ Maintain our brand image and generate positive public relations with guest and staff.


+ Develop operating procedures customized to the specific needs of the facility and consistent with the goals and objectives of the client, facility and ASM Global.


+ Manage, coach and counsel subordinate supervisors who oversee employees in various functions.


+ Attend Director meeting, work as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned.


+ Implement procedures within the department to establish and maintain customer service standards that are designed to ensure a positive and professional image and generate repeat business.


+ Authorize the requisition of equipment and supplies within budget guidelines.


+ Include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.


+ Oversee the entire operation associated with Premium Seating (suites, club, and premium) along with Guest Experience Team and Sponsorship Sales.


+ Coordinate full events, such as Wingapalooza utilizing in-house resources, events, marketing, etc.


+ Manage all ticket notification, and maintain excellent working relationship clients.


+ Maintain a harmonious working relationship with all of the other departments.


+ Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget and recommend an annual capital budget for long-range repairs and improvements to the facility. Authorize the requisition of equipment and supplies within budget guidelines.


+ Ensure the safety of all patrons by exercising caution and participating in emergency evacuation drills.


+ Position requires the ability to work at all ASM Global facilities in Wichita.


+ Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed and be present at all major events.




Supervisory:


Directly supervises the Client Services, Sponsorship Sales, and Guest Experience Manager. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ASM Global’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding; disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:


+ Bachelor’s degree from accredited four-year college or university.


+ Five (5) years related experience and/or training in the public assembly industry in a supervisory or management position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.




Skills and Abilities:


+ Have full comprehension of ticketing operations and specifications.


+ Have full comprehension of Guest Experience operations and specifications.


+ Demonstrate knowledge in event operations, facility capabilities, industry terminology, event-related services and requirements.


+ Possess skills and experience in contract negotiations, budget preparation, labor relations, purchasing procedures and supervising/training personnel.


+ Superior Customer Service is essential to this position.


+ Operate portable radio and standard office equipment including copier and fax machine.


+ Follow oral and written instructions effectively and in a timely manner.


+ Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.


+ Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results.


+ Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, patrons and others encountered in the course of employment.


+ Be flexible and adjust to situations quickly and effectively.




Computer Skills:


To perform this job successfully, individual should be able to operate a personal computer using Windows, Microsoft Office software, ticketing software and event software. AutoCAD a plus.




Other Qualifications:


+ Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
