PAY RANGE:Digital Product Manager I: \$51,000 - \$63,700

Digital Product Manager II: \$62,300 - \$77,900

Senior Digital Product Manager: \$79,100 - \$105,400

Lead Digital Product Manager: \$93,100 - \$124,100

Scheduled Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Other hours as required)

Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The Digital Product Manager leads cross-functional teams comprised of business and information technology stakeholders to solve complex consumer and business problems in a way that advances the digital customer experience. The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for end-to-end leadership and management of digital products and services experiences related to customer energy engagement ranging from systems integrations, web, mobile app, and outbound channels.

Develops and executes strategies for new and existing digital products to increase adoption, engagement, education, customer experience, and exceed goals.

Leads and manages internal stakeholder and external vendor and technology partners to achieve goals related to customer engagement and experience, regulatory, and financial targets.

Develops and communicates KPIs to measure product performance and user experiences.

Follows a regular cadence and convention to communicate outcomes with management, senior leadership, and the organization.

Researches and develops new product ideas for consideration and implementation. Evaluates solutions and writes business cases to advocate for company adoption.

Designs, implements, and manages pilots to evaluate new and innovative digital products and sales experiences.

Leads the requirements development for applying technology to satisfy business needs. Analyzes user requirements, use cases, procedures, and problems to enhance or automate existing customer self-service capabilities.

Define and document user interfaces, support systems, and data requirements.

Develop workflows, use case diagrams, dataflow, and other documentation supporting digital design.

Develop and analyze project functional requirements to create and execute test plans and test scripts, and evaluate test results to determine compliance with test plans and established business processes.

Conducts analysis and prepares reports on digital customers and self-service operations using web analytics and other available tools.

Coordinate and create training documentation.

Education and Experience Requirements:\ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related discipline is highly preferred. Related experience includes, but is not limited to: Analyst, Project Management, Product Management, New Product Development, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience delivering software or digital products to market.\ Masters Degree a plus.\ Entry level to highly experienced candidates will be c onsidered for this role.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:\ Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams comprised of information technology, marketing, product management and other business areas.\ Experience in digital marketing strategy, ROI, vendor and partner management, contract management, and budget management responsibility highly desirable.\ Experience defining business, market, and product requirements.\ Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, build business cases, measure product performance, develop action plans, and execute on those plans with excellence.\ Experience creating positioning/messaging strategy and ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.\ Experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.\ Excellent leadership and people management skills honed through experience of managing diverse cross-functional teams.\ Exceptional communication skills, written and oral, for both internal and external audiences.\ Understanding of electric utility industry, operations, and pricing/rates desired.\ Track record of creative thinking and problem solving, as well as an ability to deliver successful, innovative digital solutions to market.\ Demonstrable skills in leadi
