Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all he or she does in the community, and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality, and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST's character qualities.Essential Functions:Typical duties include spreading and analyzing financial statements, risk rating customer borrowing relationships, and compiling basic management information reportsPerform various other basic duties assigned by Senior and Executive Management.Compile and analyze information for the preparation of basic loan memos and applications.Check for compliance on loan agreements and perform basic collateral reviews.Assess credit quality of loan applicants.Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, with a preferred major in finance or accounting and 0-3 years of related experience is necessary.Required Skills and Knowledge: Apply accounting principles in the interpretation of customer financial statements. Knowledge of business and economics. Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office, Internet, and related computer skills. Effective business writing and professional communication skills. Demonstrated effective Customer Service skills via active listening and speaking skills. Possess critical thinking skills by utilizing logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Proven ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing with the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Capacity to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
