Under general supervision, facilitates content procurement by monitoring websites and retrieving documents and content from the sites using standard procedures and existing software. Enters content into existing systems and checks for content currency according to standard procedures. Typically has some experience in downloading and storage of web information.

Job Description Summary:

As a Forms Acquisition and Approval Specialist/Associate, you will be a part of the Forms Design and Approval department. You will work alongside other associates, e-Forms Associates, and the Development team to ensure the tax forms acquired from tax agencies met requirements. In this position, your duties include prioritizing forms in process and analyzing specifications to accurately reproduce forms in compliance with tax agencies and internal guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acquire official government officials

  • Track forms within a common database

  • Deliver high quality forms in a timely manner meeting personal and departmental goals

  • Verify forms processed ensuring quality is met to align with agency specifications and approval requirements

  • Communicate various information to all pertinent parties

  • Performs other duties as needed and directed

  • Overtime may be necessary and must be pre-approved.

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Highly detailed orientated

  • Professional mannerisms

Job Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. In lieu of the degree, high school diploma and equivalent work experience within an office environment

Experience with Acrobat Abode Pro, Office 365
