ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Create and maintain a positive environment that encourages success for participants through positive personal traits, motivation, and appropriate behavioral expectations.
2. Be thoroughly familiar with the goals found in the participants individual treatment plan and provide support and services related to those specific goals.
3. Provide safe transportation between the arranged pick-up locations and the community site.
4. Enforce the policies and procedures of Pyxis.
5. Maintain contact with participants, assigned program manager, participants families, guardians, and, as needed or assigned, the referring agencies.
6. Report promptly to assigned community sites, participate alongside participants to guide participants in planned activities and work to develop a mentoring relationship with assigned participants.
7. Complete all clinical documentation, attendance sheets, and other paperwork in an accurate and timely manner as directed by your program manager.
8. Attend all required clinical supervision and other required trainings as assigned.
9. Other duties as assigned.
