Emprise Bank Cloud Engineer in Wichita, Kansas

We are currently seeking a Cloud Engineer to join our Technology team in Wichita, KS. This role is responsible for managing Emprise Bank’s cloud platform and infrastructure, technology support, incident response, communication, and leadership.

Essential functions of the role:

  • Design, implement, maintain, and advise on internal and external facing Cloud based technology solutions in accordance with regulatory and industry best practices

  • Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of infrastructure for end users and external vendors and assist with recommendation and implementation of solutions

  • Leverage the movement of data from systems to the cloud environment using best practice tools and processes.

  • Interact with Emprise associates and vendors relative to areas of concerns with technology infrastructure

  • Display deep understanding of how data is stored and processed in a cloud architecture.

  • Serve as a technical and procedural resource for the team

  • Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibilities of the job

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required

  • 5+ years of cloud technology experience required

  • Working experience with Azure/AWS services: Compute, Storage, Synapse, API, S Networking, Serverless, Security/Identity/Compliance tools required

  • Experience with Zero Trust concepts required

  • Experience in Identity Management (IAM), including Azure AD, required

  • Familiarity of Sentinel, UEBA, CASB, DLP, Intune, Autopilot, Vulnerability, and endpoint security tools preferred

  • Datatake experience preferred

  • Axure Certifications preferred

  • Must be able to be on call for service issues/outages as needed
