Client Support Representative (CSR) is responsible for collection and entry of our client data into our Project Management Database (PSA) as well as assisting the Client Relations team with data & materials when it comes to the CRM and customer service. The role creates and edits Client Service Standards and is responsible to ensure that the service quality is at the companys highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Position requirements and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Data entry into Project Management software to maintain client property and contact information.
Communicate with ACT client contacts on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis as required to confirm that client contact data is up to date, through email and/or phone communication.
Add newly committed client data into ACTs Project Management Software
Create and maintain Readiness Plans and Shut-Off posters for client properties.
Prepare and send Emergency Information Packets
Provide supervisor a weekly update of work performed for updates and packet.
Provide support to Business Development team in the form of account information and presentations.
Help prepare for mobilization of storm teams by identifying clients asset locations and calling clients as needed.
Maintain weekly duties spreadsheet and review with supervisor weekly.
Contact Client in potential disaster areas when directed.
Attend ACT staff and departmental meetings as required.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
