[Our CareGivers work in a residential home that provides specialized memory and Alzheimer\'s care. As a CareGiver with ComfortCare Homes you do more than just pass meds and attend to ADL\'s, you enhance the Residents life by creating moments of joy throughout the day. Whether you are helping a resident bake cookies, play trivia, fold laundry, sweep the patio, or reconnect with their love of art, you are connecting with each resident and creating moments of joy. With a patient ratio, of approximately, 1 CareGiver to 5-7 Residents you have the time to truly engage and interact with your Residents. [Job Responsibilities:]{gid="4794"}

[ Engaging Residents throughout the day while creating moments of joy]{gid="4796"}

[ Assisting residents with personal care needs Communicating with office, residents, and their families]{gid="4798"}

[ Monitor and maintain housekeeping within the residence Assisting residents with transferring, when needed]{gid="4800"}

[ Making sure residents are taking the proper medication dosage (C.M.A.)]{gid="4802"}

[Job Requirements:]{gid="4804"}

[ Must be a Certified Medication Aide or Certified Nurse Aide]{gid="4806"}

[ Must be available to work every other weekend]{gid="4808"}

[ Ability to manage stressful resident behaviors]{gid="4810"}

[ Genuine compassion for caring for those suffering from dementia]{gid="4812"}

[ Able to stand, sit, walk, reach, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds]{gid="4814"}
