You will be responsible for assisting customers in completing applications on line and over the phone, informing customers of the product features and terms, and persuading customer to submit their order. Your duties will range from customer service, to entry-level technical support, to sales. We serve a large list of Fortune 500 companies and their clients, so professionalism is of the utmost importance.Job Duties and Responsibilities: Answer incoming and making outbound customer service phone calls Provide excellent customer service in remote call center environment Handle daily tasks in department including, but not limited to responding to customer e-mail,processing reports and other side duties All other tasks as assigned by managementSKILL REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent, strong organizational, communication and decision- makingskills, Must be computer literate with familiarity in Microsoft Outlook, Excel. Possessprofessional telephone technique. Prior Experience in a Dispatch Department is beneficial.
